 The 400 page softcover book contains one hundred lessons for an eight year course of study in ballet technique. The lesson used in the video and CD is from the fourth year of study where pointe work is being introduced. Each exercise is fully described and counted in the book with many photos of dancers and teaches giving them corrections.
