Tiny Tots Ballet is a collection of 43 original tunes arranged for a preballet class. This album represents a number of firsts for David Plumpton. It is his first collection of music for a preballet class and the first album that contains only David’s original music. Most every track on this CD is repeated by a version twice as long making it very easy to teach young dancers new movements. Music for creative exercises like Good Toes & Naughty Toes and Three Walks & A Pointe make up the first half of the CD. The second half is devoted to imaginative improvisation like In The Jungle and Winter Wonderland. David plays each selection with his usual big sound and inspiring sense of music. Kids will enjoy dancing to this CD over and over again.
