3. After you press the down arrow key once, the little "house" at the bottom of the screen will change color. Now press the right arrow key once and then the enter key, and you will be in the interactive menus system.

4. To advance through the chapters to find and view the exercise you wish to see, or to get to the point on the disk from which ou want to begin to view the program, press the right arrow key once, and then press the enter key repeatedly until you see teh caption for the exercise in the middle of the screen that you wish to see.

5. To view your selection, press the up arrow key once, and then press enter once. The selected chapter (Exercise) will begin to play. If you take no further action, the disk will play forward to the end of the program with no further input required.

6. If you want to select another exercise, push the "menu" button once, and the menu screen will re-appear. Once in this screen, press the down arrow key once and the right arrow once. If the exercise you want is past the exercise you just watched, and then push enter until the caption for the exercise you want appears in the middle of the screen. Select the exercise to play as described in item 5, above. If the exercise you want to view is before the exercise you just viewed, push the down arrow key and then the left arrow key. Search using the enter key as before and select with the up arrow key and the enter key.

NOTE #1: If while playing the disk, you hit "Stop" twice, this will disable the menu. To re-initialize the menu, eject and re-insert the disk, or hit the menu key again.

NOTE #2: Using the interactive menu requires a multifunction remote control. If your player either has only a simple remote (i.e., play, stop, FF, Rew, Eject functions) or there is no remote, after the disk loads, and you are on the opening screen, press "Stop" twice, and then play, and the program will play in the normal playback mode from start to finish.

NOTE #3: Because there are so many remote configurations, initial use of your remote to activate the menu functions may require some experimentation.

NOTE #4: Rapid and frequent movements through the program using the menu options can cause some playback units to temporarily lose the time code resulting in tilelized video or causing the video to "freeze." If this occurs, either push Menu and use the procedures above in items 5 or 6 to reselect the desired item, or eject and re-insert the disk and then use the menu to return to the desired exercise.
